No, you don’t need an account to order tickets. You only need an account if you’re the organizer of an event. As a visitor, you get access to your tickets via email or you can download your tickets directly after payment confirmation

No, because every ticket has an unique QR-code and thus provides a one-time access to the event for one person.

- The email address with which you placed an order,
- The name of the event

On the day itself, you can go to the event with your proof of payment and identity card. At the entrance, your tickets will be looked up in the system.

No. A purchase via Your-Tickets is irrevocable. The legal reflection period doesn’t apply when purchasing time-related products such as tickets. However, the tickets are non-personal and thus transferable.

Questions as organiser

For regular events without seats, the service costs are € 0,55 + 1% of the ticket price, VAT excluded.

You can either pass these costs on to your visitors or you can pay them yourself. You can change your prferences via the settings of your event.

You can cancel your event by contacting us via info@your-tickets.be. We will take care of refunding the money to your visitors. The refund costs per ticket is €0,30 VAT excluded.

Definitely, we rent hand scanners for € 25,00 excluding VAT. This solution works very smoothly and offers the advantage that scanners are permanently present at the entrance of your event. Each scanner is equipped with 4G. We will send the scanners to you by post the week before the event. The package includes a return ticket so that you can immediately return it the week after the event.

Without previous communication, the pay-out will take place on the first working day after the event. You can then download your invoice and sales balance via your account.

Yes this is possible. We provide an invoicing module where your visitors have the option to request an invoice at the checkout. Feel free to contact us if you want to enable this module.
